as stated above, i didnt get the gift of exploration…and when your in character screen the medal states that you only have 97%

I have the same issue but with 98%.

Was the last thing you got a POI within an instance? (Personal story or home district.)

I do have the same bug.
However if you got to the Chantry of Secrets you will get the 2 Gifts of Exploration if you are after them, but you wont complete the achievement or get your title sadly, i hope Anet will fix this soon.

i have the same problem here, finished my 100% (?) at WvW
got the box from WvW completion but NO ZERO, achievement for World Complete!
