my maximum health is 24,262 in overflow. when i’m not in oveflow,the maximum health is 24,262 ,too. so i guess have no world’s bonuses.

How long ago did you transfer? There is something like a 1 or 2 week delay before you can get the bonuses after a transfer.

in the first screenshot you are in a overflow meaning you wont have any buffs as basicly your not on your server, the other one you are on the server but cant see if you have any buffs as your not mousing over WvW icon and there it shows the “buffs”
