Guild Wars 2

I received a non-infused ascended ring from a lvl 38 Fractal. Is this a bug or intended to be so? Since this is different than prior to patch and I could find it in the notes, I decided to make this post.

It would have been nice if they had included the change in the release notes, instead of having to fish the wiki that was not updated at the time I posted this. Thanks for the link, I do appreciate it.

The wiki is written by players. Just because the wiki says something does not mean this is not a bug.

Non-infused rings dropping at high levels is kind of silly, and definitely was not mentioned in the patch notes (along with other stealth nerfs to fractal loot that so far Anet has remained completely silent on)
