I have the enchantment reward boosts, i pick the experience booster at the top and then I receive 20 minutes instead of an hour.

there are two booster , the 20 minute one has lots of effects while the normal one has the just exp, I guess make sure next time you are selecting the correct one.

According to item booster text it will only work for 20mins, when it came out, it did indeed give 1 hour, but i think that was a bug, which now have been fixed.
