If you right click the new frostbitten toolboxes in the bank using a right click-> use you get it consumed, but no random tool is given, or for the rare boxes, no tool delivered after your choice.

I had this happen three times after testing it the third time to confirm.

Double-click with the bank open is supposed to move items between your inventory and the bank (and into a stack at the destination if there is one).

Are they ending up in your bags, or just vanishing?

They just vanish with right click menu and use from bank.

Double clicking just send them to your inventory and back like normal.

Yeah I’m guessing that option shouldn’t be there when it is in the bank and that is a bug. However most players will left click to open things like this instead of right click. In that case it would simply go back to your bags so I’m sure most don’t experience this bug but you are correct.
