Im a HOT acc.
The reward tracks for Nika and Grym Svaad still locked for me.
Why ?
How do i fix it?

You buy them,

you go to PvP Build thing, and go to mist champions, you can then click on them and buy them, i think it’s 15 gold? Not sure though.
