paid chest rewards bug

I can barely understand your post. Did you win the match?
well guys in paid touranemtns even if you lose from the first round you get the copper chest we dint get nothing….
and we lost from the first round…btw
The chests aren’t rewarded until the tournament ends. So if you lose in forest, you have to wait until the kyhlo match ends to get your reward. The chest won’t show up until both the kyhlo match is finished and you either change maps or relog.

Three days ago, my friends and I played paid tournaments two times. But we resived reward for second one only. I’ve contact with game support and resive the reply only two days later. Here it is:
“While we would like to replace your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items or characters in the manner that you are describing. We simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.”
GW2 is my first MMO there I am not able to get help in such simple request.
