Hey. I have a problem with my personal story quest . My character is a lvm 30 human , and my problem is that i got stuck at last lv. 20 quest (The Ringmaster). The issue is that I cant enter my quest instance ans I can see the quest marker only on the map. Also I have dobe thus quest with a friend but after completing it. It bugged and now I cant progress.
EDIT: I fotget to ask. Is there any way I can progress or should I just make a new character instead?

I have the exactly same problem, lvl 27 human ele. I did however finnish the Ringmaster quest previously with my friend before and chose to accept the progress we made, but it still says that the quest is not done. Also like OP said, the quest marker is seen on the minimap, but the portal to instance does not appear ingame.

You must be L30 to continue your Personal Story. The Ringmaster is the last L20 episode in the arc.

The next instance for you and the OP will be visiting Queen Jennah in her chambers. Is this the problem you both have? Not being able to enter ‘The Queen’s Throne Room’ instance in Divinity’s Reach?

No, the problem was the game wanted me to do the Ringmaster quest even tho I had completed it and also there was no way to access that instance even tho the marker was shown on minimap.

Anyway the problem has been fixed, I got the missing mail and after reading it the rewards were given from the Ringmaster quest. So thanks Support persons I guess!

Yeap, but I can’t say for sure when the mail came in. Anyhow after reading it the Ringmaster quest was deemed completed and I got the rewards for it.

Yes, the rewards and completion for the last episode of the arc are sent when the character can access the next arc.

It’s just odd that way. Probably will be adjusted when the PS revamp is released.
