Guild Wars 2

Hi, is now a week that I can not use the black lion trade, and I have already sent three bug report without response, here’s what happens:
every time I click the icon, you open the panel and the center of the classic circle indicates that the page is loaded and continues to load endlessly and this happens on all options except to “pick up money.”
I do not know really what to do, someone please enlighten me, thanks

in addition to having sent a bug report who else can I ask , for a solution? Please help me sigh sob sigh

I’m having this same problem. Had it for about a month and couldn’t even get the free item during Dragon Bash that was recently removed because BLT never loads besides “pick up money” part.

When you say “submitted a bug report” do you mean in game or by following these instructions? You will never get a response from in-game reports.

Someone recently posted about an issue regarding the same thing on the tech support forum, I’ll copy the link. Something about root certificates is what you want. (Sorcerak posted a link here, but this one has other useful info too)

Another suggestion is using VPN.

Quick question though, are you guys on a public connection or private/home?

I’m on private/home. We have our internet on a password so nobody else in the area can access it.

I use Windows 7 64 bit….looks like I don’t have to update that since it says it does it on its own.

Kyllaa, i had download Hotspot Shild for have a VPN, but it can finde a secure connection, sob sigh sob, any suggestion???

SOLVED, customer care contact and give me the solution:

1. Close out of Guild Wars 2 if you have it running and go to your Documents folder. In the Guild Wars 2 folder you should have a file called Local.dat, delete this file.

2. Download the program from the link below:

http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/rootsupd.exe

3. Run the program. You will probably have to click ‘run’ or ‘allow’ a couple times, but after that, nothing will appear.

If you run the program and nothing happens that’s ok, it is as it should be.

4. Open the Game Client and try to access the trading post.

Nothing seemed to happen when I downloaded and used that thing. Also, in the folder, I did not see a ‘Local.dat’ but I saw a ‘dat’ in general so thinking that must be it. So trying that now and waiting for stuff to redownload.
