my in game in box doesn’t work, no players no gem shop. just rewards from helping npc
i sent a ticket but there too busy with everything els i get no help. this really sucks
iv lost many items, a ton of low level materials and even a pair of sports glasses, every day i get on with guildies and have them send test mails, still nothing.
i try different ways, change character, type my name instead of right click, everything fails, at first i thought it was a delay with the gem shop. went to bed ,nothing. reported it as a minor error, then i find out iv been sent stuff i receive nothing, again i continue having friends send me test mails, but still nothing…
hek could be fail with my account for all i know my account is bugged
Just want to make sure, but have you ever been able to receive mail? There is a limit of 10 mails you can have in your inbox at any given time and you won’t receive any new ones until you’ve cleared them out (Heart completion and Personal Story mails don’t count).
This may be a dumb question, but are you deleting old mail from people once you get items or read the message? This happened to me, as well, and after ripping my hair out for three days it just turned out that my mailbox was full. You can only have 10 user created messages in your box before it just stops loading new mail. Good thing is, once you delete old mail you should get your new ones (at least I did).
