Guild Wars 2

In the first day of season I played a couple matchs but in my 5th match I got stuck inside it after the end. After 1 hour offline I tried to loggin and I wasn’t stuck anymore, but since there I can’t get into other arena ranked or unranked because the game says that I’m already inside a match. So I can’t play the season since then.

Could I have an answer from Anet? Just a “We know that is happening but we don’t know how to fix it yet” could be more than enough for me.
I’m really disappointed that I’m unable to play the season

It’s a known bug that’s been around for a while. Your best bet is to raise a ticket with customer support.
