I was wondering if this is happening to anybody else and if we will get our chests when it is fixed. I’ve done a few tournaments today and haven’t gotten any chests for winning.

Same. Logged in and out, logged in a different character, restarted game and no luck.

Confirmed. First place in a PuG and no trophy. The one time I get first without having to get a premade.

I was getting some luck getting chests after finishing the match after the previous match, but today I’ve lost 4 chests: 2 second round chests (don’t know what place), 2nd place, and 1st place.

What I mean by “after finishing” (to elaborate for Arena Net):
We’d get knocked out and/or win.
We wouldn’t immediately receive the prize.

I am also having this issue. I was checking the forums to make sure it wasn’t just me. Everyone I asked in /map in mists or in the tournies themselves all said they weren’t having problems getting their chests. I’ve lost 3 2nd place chests and 2 first place chests today plus several 3 or 4th place chests. sadface!!!!!!!! ;[

Competitive pvp is in serious need of support, updates and content that should have been in at launch, but were getting nothing…

still no rewards from chests… this needs to be fixed :/

Try logout and log again.

Same problem here, 2 × 2nd place chests not being rewarded, i just logged out and started playing a different game until its fixed, made an ingame ticket hope they hand deserving players their rewards.

Yup, Yesterday I got a first place, a few second places, and a third/fourth place tourney. Still yet to see my chests.

Same here. Got no chest from my last Tourney.

This is been like that since more than 12 hours… I seriously hope they fix this bug quickly, or the will be discouraging people to play Spvp.
