sigil of intelligence seems to have an internal cooldown that was not mentioned in the patch notes

I use two weapons on different hands and each of them have sigil of intelligence; however, the the 100 percent on hand chance proc happens on normal weapon swap cooldown

it kinda broke my warrior build.

Every on swap sigil has a 9s cooldown … that is not likely to change?

sigil of intelligence is special because it doesnt have a cooldown

i been using it for pure crit builds

without it, my build kidda stink on damage

i hope not this is the intended mechanic.

I play a pure burst build and i use the that indicator to decide when to do a major blow.

If not, I am totally messed up and my build cannot do enough damage to be effective.

In fact, it kidda messes all my skill rotation because the enemy realize that I am no longer a threat

most of my skills do not do enough damage to effective. it is kidda irrating
