have two evga 970 ftw cards, they play every other game i play flawlessly, gw2 however stutters crazy, i’ve done research tried a million different solutions to no avail, the only solution i have is to change from fullscreen windowed mode (preferred mode since i have three monitors) to regular fullscreen and the problem disappears i played last night for hours with no issues. also loading the game in fullscreen and ticking windowed fullscreen without restarting the game works as well, its clearly a game related bug on how it handles these modes. and i’m sure i’m not the only one that has this issue. if you are having this same issue try my remedy and post below.
