Shield Stance cannot be activated in pve on Charr. Clicking skillbar, using hotkey or pinging to chat does nothing.

Works flawless in spvp.

Also tested on Norn character in pve and there’s no problem. Looks like Charr-only issue.

Yours’ most likely not unlocked yet (sitting at 99.9999% so you can’t tell the difference) because I’ve used and seen other Charr warriors used it fine.
Try killing something that yields exp with your shield as off-hand.

You’re right, it was “almost” unlocked in pve…
