this trait does NOT increase my dmg by 10% , i testet with steady weapon scepter while using Lightning Strike.
dmg without trait = 251
both noncrits ofc
dmg with trait = 264
this is not a 10% increase!
I would really appreciate a quick fix since i need it for my tpvp build, thx
