I click an upgrade and accidentally click speed up but then i remove it from the queue but it didn’t refund me my influence back for the speed up that i cancel. Is there a way to retrieve those influence becuz 75k is a lot and the stupid speed up button shouldn’t be at such an obvious place.

Nope. If it is in the process of building you will not get refunded when you cancel the build. If it is in queue and you cancel it, you will get refunded. It has always worked this way.

But i haven’t actually finished the product why should my influence be taken and not refunded.

could any moderator give a confirmation on what is a-net policy on this. could i be refunded the influence.

You do get a refund for things that are already being researched, but you do NOT get a refund for any speeding up you’ve done. It’s always been that way.

I place a ticket for this issue, but if i don’t get a reply for some time should i place a new ticket?

but i didn’t finish the upgrade so = that the speeding up never did speed up.

No refunds for any speed-ups done on the way, full refunds for the upgrade cost itself. No ticket will help you.

then the guild UI and tooltip really need fixing, this is one of the feature that need to be implemented on all their large currency transaction.If not it will continue to screw up new players and even long time players over, it can help improve the quality of life if they could learn some of the great stuff from other games that could improve the quality of life for the players.
