hello,

The store seems broken. When i click on the store link i’m led to this url that seems devoid of css.

http://buy.guildwars2.com/store/gw2/en_IE/html/pbPage.heartofthorns

This couldn’t possibly be ok, could it ? Also, it is not secure at all, since there’s no https.

edit : using Firefox 44.0.2 on OS X

Do you mean the Shop button at the top of this page? It gives a drop down. The first, Buy Guild Wars 2, does go to the HoT purchase page. The second, Merchandise, goes to https://www.guildwars2.com/en/shop/ which is https.

You probably have a bad cache, have it blocked or have a browser problem.

As for the https, only the main page is unsecure, which doesn’t matter. Once you move on to the cart, it’s secure.

Is this happening on Firefox? Because it doesn’t load any CSS when I view the website on Firefox but Edge works just fine.

That’s progress. Hooray for progress!

Firefox shouldn’t be the issue. This medieval website is.

I use it on FireFox and as I posted above, I had no problem going to the shop by hovering over the shop button and dragging my mouse down to Merchandise. Unless “css” means something else?

This website isn’t “medieval”. It pretty much uses modern standards. As others has stated it may be some temporarily “hiccup” at server side or some cache issues at your end. Try to cleaning cache and reload the page, or force reload it by hitting Ctrl+F5.

Just to note, I’m on Firefox and everything loaded fine on the link provided on OP.
