so yeah i launched my gw2 launcher and its just stuck at 2kb i cant put in my account info or anything see the attachment PLEASE HELP

yes and restarted my pc

Seems to be downloading additional game patch. If it sticks like this, your only option is to uninstall the game, delete the folder it was in, then reinstall it from scratch.
