my launcher was at 99% last night and i left it on then this morning it went back to 0% again
right now i leave my launcher on and it stuck at 0% but the download is over 4gb, how big is the patch anyway?

Last night, I wait for 4 hours and my download is go over 9gb… when I wake up it stuck at 99% and I have to go over again. : /

Today, I ask one of my friend who pass the patch process to copy “gw2.dat” on thumb drive to paste in my computer. I hope I can skip the patch process by doing this.

I think there is something wrong with the patcher right now, since my friend who pass the patch said that it is less than 30 min patch.

This seems like a really good solution. Cant we just have a download location for this thing?

Didn’t work for me. I guess i’ll have to install the game from 0.

I used VPN software called “SoftEther VPN”. Please go to its website then download and install it for free. After that go to “VPN Client Adepter” and choose “Enable Virtual Network Adapter” then “VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers”. There will be a list of servers for u to connect. Pick one and try to launch the game again.

I followed your instructions, but didn’t solve my problem. Trying with different VPN servers didn’t work either.
