Guild Wars 2

for example:
about week ago i was wining 7 solos (didint loose even 1)and still at 96% rating
today i won 3 solos still 96% rating
yesterday i won and lost some games 96% rating and from like a week im 96% all the time

how it is possible ,is it a bug ,or weird system?

can u check this pls ?
i dont care much about rating but i want to test some builds against better players

so there was a bug ? couse today from 96% after first post im 447
so thx
