Hey we have a bug in our server (Ruins of Surmia) there is a skill point on the map in Kazex Hills, Eukaryan Caves ive been there but the skill npc doesnt show up at all its been like that already two weeks many player cant finish the map becouse of that.

Yep it´s the same on Deso

It’s been bugged for a few weeks on RoS. Been waiting for a fix for a while now, as I have 2 characters unable to complete exploration of the zone because of this skill.

For now you can guest to a different server listed in that thread. I know it works on Tarnished Coast.
