please help! the blackscreening has attack at random times, whether it be when i am running in a group in WvW or whether it be when i am doing some pve. i have lowered my graphics, updated the latest ATI driver and it just randomly goes black, i can move my mouse but the whole screen is black. ANET told me to hide all windows programs by searching “run”>MSCONFIG>services>Hide all microsoft services>disable all>“startup”>disable all>“ok”>restart computer, but then when i restart my pc and go back into MSCONFIG, most of the boxes are ticked again. i have sent more reports in but no reply so far, please help!!!
