I can confirm that this is a problem :/

It’s still a problem, so I’ll refresh this subject…

I would also like to add that the Trader’s Forum waypoint in LA, near the Mystic Forge, also has this number coding instead of its name at the location of the wp. Not sure if this is the only one, but I thought it should be reported as well.
