Guild Wars 2

After the last update I wasn’t able to use transmutation stones anymore. They just don’t work. I am also aware that the basic ones don’t work on level 80 items. They just don’t seem to work period for me. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you taking the items off and putting in backpack before transmuting?
After last patch, you cannot transmute items while wearing them.
