example:
item: level 27 honed sword
tool tip value: 28 copper
sell it to the vendor and he gives 28 copper for it.
then click buyback
same item is listed at being purchasable for 28 copper (just what he payed for it)
hover over the item and now the tool tip says the value is 2 silver 21 copper .

I just noticed this too. For example, I can sell and buyback Hearty Staff for 54c but in the buyback screen, at the bottom, is it says that it’s worth 4s32c (???)
