i have noticed this in spvp/tpvp as it it very consistant 100% of the time,

if you have vampirism runes on and you join a tpvp match when match starts an the ppt starts the leech effect you recieve when useing a heal skill wont work, it is easy to test it in a spvp hotjoin match being as you can change sigils/runes etc.etc. if you die and respawn you must put a different rune set on then re-equip the vampirism runes in order to recieve the leeching buff after you use a heal skill, this bug has been this way since this game has came out, an the devs had other issues on this rune set in the past but i dont think they noticed this inparticular bug witch is the most effective part of the rune set, i think most could’ve lived with the old mist form bug it had before, but if u have any qeustions please ask i would love to see this fixed considering it would open up a whole new variaty of playstyle and builds for every class

It happens in PVE, too.

is it being worked on any idea on if they plan to fix this issue?

fix the kitten runes, how long will you ignore this you instantly give me infractions so i know you seee this kitten just fix it kitten
