at the forlorn gate waypoint, there is an ogre called veteran ventog the bloodletter, he constantly has the determined buff which means he is totaly immune to all damage, only way to win the event there he is part of is to kite him out of the camp, but he is unkillable

I ran into him while playing in Crystal Desert and not only he is invulnerable and with his buff that knocks people who approach him down, he’s stuck in a tent near Blackwing Excavation knocking down an NPC over and over, as shown in the screenshot.

Just posting to help confirm that this is not isolated it’s happening on SoS as well. Got a Screenshot of it too.
