Pretty sure its not a feature.
Same here, also waypointing clears guildchat, changing chatwindow clears guildchat and if i waypoint i can not longer see what other people write in guild chat unless i set my self on invisible and then online again. This could be ok if it was not for the fact that it happen every time i waypoint, join or leave instans, so please fix this so i can again communicate with my guildies
