i was just curious is there a server on which warmaster yulia isnt broken? i just moved from henge of denravi to underworld in the attempt to finish this only to find shes bugged there aswell

I stumbled on this same bug last night (9/23) on the Yak’s Bend server. The Skill Point challenge shows active with the Orange Fist present at the location but no Yulia is there. Occasionally another NPC wood cutter would wander by and throw out a comment that indicated that the event was finished (something like “What? Over already?”)

any word on a server on which this isnt bugged?
