Guild Wars 2

i have been playing my asuran warrior up to level 21 and for some reason I cant use axe 5. I have it unlocked but when I go to my weapon skills panel it says there are 2 axe 5 skills, and I have one but not the other but they are the same name. I cant click the skill or hitting 5 does nothing with on axe equipped I’ve about given up on playing it if the skills are so broken I cant even use them

Sometimes it bugs and shows that skill is open, if you kill some mobs it will unlock.

Hmm interesting. Just went and checked it on my warrior. Those have the same name but they are very obviously different skills. The unavailable skill does about 50% more damage!

Why does is show two different skills for this??
