Guild Wars 2

my mage turned level 7 “almost 8 now”and has no option to swap weapons..
all my other characters got it at 7.
oh yes-my achievement list says its unlocked..but its just not there.
any suggestions to fix this?

If you mean elementalist, they don’t have weapon swap options
