Guild Wars 2

I can send mail on all of my chars anywhere in the game but I cannot receive mail. Help! People have sent me both items and blank mails testing and I am not getting anything.

Kiria, the mailing system is rather ‘delicate’ atm. To receive mail, you must make sure your inbox is clear. Sometimes people cannot receive mail even when their mailbox is 8/10 or 5/10. Simply delete all the mail that you have already received and the mail that you have yet to receive will appear. Cheers!

thank you Sky Tumn…that fixed my problem…I had all the Halloween mails that I did not have a chance to delete…lol. Thank you for the Help!
