for some reason every time i go to the weaponsmite guy he doesnt sell the gift of battle pls fix it anet i need my legandary

Are you talking to the correct one? It should also be selling Exotic Invaders weapons, near one of the laurel vendors.

Edit: It also seems to require a lv80 character.
