Guild Wars 2

So i’ve tried to run the jump event for winter wonderland apparently it didnn’t gave me my reward i thought it was lag of some sort.. so i went out and go back in. Went back in and finish the jump event again.. then i gave me 3 wintersday gifts.. so what happend to my first reward?

Happened the second time now!

So I finished the puzzle in 4 consecutive days and I got awarded the “daily reward” exactly twice.

How is this fair? Can I even get an answer please?
