Ive just completed the world 100% and the login screen comfirms this with the emblem reward. I haven’t received the gifts. Do they come in the mail? or do I need to apply for the gifts through a webpage? Am I doing something wrong?

You get the gifts in a pop-up box, just like single map completions and world boss rewards.

However. There is a known bug. I would advise you to enter the ‘chantry of secrets’ (order of whispers HQ). The PoI there doesn’t stay registered as done and often has to be re-discovered to recieve your gift.
