i recently moved to another server during the wvw season i waited my two weeks out now i can play in my new server thank god but while in wvw i keep getting the messsage that im still running for my old server are other people who transfered during this season getting the same message and will i get the reward for the current server im on or my old server in regards to this message?

Season 2 Tournament is based on the server you spent the majority of your time on. You can’t go from a server that is losing to one that has won every single match up now, could you?

well thats kinda funny because my partner transferred the same day and it says thats she’s playing for the new server and not the old one it says it will eventully change the more i play in wvw but i play alot more than my partner so it must be a bug

It may be that since you play more, you have more to make up than your friend. I don’t think it is merely based on time, but activity as well.

Friend may have played (for instance) 3 hours on old server, and now 5 hours on new server, in three weeks, so can represent new server.

You may have played 150 hours on old server and 120 on new server, in three weeks, and still have time to go.

@OP: I recommend you create a support ticket so someone can look over your individual situation. I agree with the other posters that it’s possible that your status is as it should be, but I suspect it’s also possible that something else might be going on. We’re not going to be able to resolve it on the forums.

However, the support team can do the research and figure out what, if anything, is going on.

I have the same issue as the OP. I transferred servers after the first week of the tournament, and have been very active in all WvW maps for the past 3-4 weeks. However, my association is still stuck with my old world.

I had decided to just wait it out and see if it would change properly, but it hasn’t. Other people that transferred around the same time as me or later already have their world association switched to our current server, so I’ve concluded I must be bugged. The in game information is unfortunately very vague, so it’s hard to tell if it’s working as intended. However, I consider 4 out of 5 weeks to be “majority” as far as time spent on different servers, and my association should have changed.

Haven’t filed a support ticket yet, but am going to do so in the morning. Hopefully that will get things solved.

I’m having the same issue now. i’ve waited a few weeks and all my guildies are repping, and not i, i paid gems to transfer, not gold in a day after the first week was over. we all transferred same time. still saying i rep my old server. sent a bug report and a screenie of the message that comes up on the screen whenever i got into wvw. its been about 3 weeks now after the block-out from transfering? and i was among the few the transfered early. the rest are approved for the rep just not i

@Greenitrab: you’ll also want to create a support ticket. Creating a /bug note from in-game logs the problem. Posting a ticket here almost never results in a support person looking at your account.

If you want individual help, a support ticket is the only reliable method.

It depends on the particular issue. I have submitted a ticket for this as well but haven’t got any meaningful response back. Sometimes they need to do some serious research into the issue and don’t get back to you very quickly because they don’t have a proper answer or solution yet.

If you receive no form of feedback for your ticket in over 72 hours, there’s a sticky thread up top that you can post it, which can sometimes be helpful to get some more immediate feedback on what the status of the ticket is in.

You should have received an auto-reply message instantly (or near enough). If you haven’t seen that, then check your email spam filters. If you still can’t find the auto-reply, check the stickied thread:

Otherwise, Yams’ advice is sound: wait at least 72 hours and then post in the relevant thread askingfor a review.
