Hi,
I’ve had some severe issues downloading and installing the game on my mac (iMac 27inch 2011). This is the second time I’ve had this issue, once during the download when my internet cut out and I had to delete and reinstall, and now once more as I finally got to play, the internet cut out again and now I’m receiving the same error. I’ve searched for any answer to it but nothing comes up. If anyone knows a solution then that would be greatly appreciated as I don’t really want to download the client for a third time.

Have you tried deleting the Application Support folder? It’s rapidly becoming a catch-all solution for many errors.

I’ve deleted it yeah, but the game never launches to anything at all past that window. Really confused as to what’s causing it

Error -1712 is a time out error. It sounds like you need to fix your network connect first. If it continues to “cut out” you will continue to have problems.
