Just as a sidenote, every body should try to avoid using Paypal. They are on the list of worst companies in the US and maintain a monopoly on payments for Ebay.They have the worst customer service in the world and should be treated like Ticketmaster. Paypal acts like a bank without following any of the bank restrictions and protections for its customers.

It is nice for Anet to provide this as a method of payment but one should honestly think about continuing to give money to paypal. Further more paying Anet by credit card directly saves Anet fees.

As mentioned previously I already did this and all of the other steps in the beginning of the post. I get errors for both paypal and credit card.

Then you may need to file a ticket since this seems exclusive to you.

I just got this error tonight.

i cant even buy gems or redeem them it goes to a blank page

I have had this exact same issue for over a week now. Done all the steps above and a complete reinstall (to fix other issues).

I’ve been getting the parse “model error” error trying to buy gems for about a month and a half now, missed black lion key sale and a whole bunch of other stuff…..
