Movement/mouse issues
There are two mouse settings in the OSX beta that relate specifically to the trackpad and magic mouse – make sure those are turned off because they might interfere with how your scroll wheel works in game.
From observation it seems like most people who have mouse problems have solved them by using the default mouse drivers for OSX, rather than the specific logitech drivers?

Thanks, now the scroll works. However, I am still stuck with the movement thing, I can’t really play like that. And I wasn’t even using the logitech software, if that’s what you mean…
I’m really not sure how to solve it sorry :S I don’t even use the OSX client anymore.
You could try finding the drivers for your specific mouse and seeing if installing them solves the problem?
I think the OSX beta has an issue regarding movement and how many buttons are being pressed at once (It used to be that if I was using the mouse for movement and also pressing a direction key and simultaneously pressing a number key to cast a spell it would stop moving me with the mouse) but I think that might be a different issue?
Sorry, I don’t know much computer stuff, what exactly do you mean by drivers? Also, I was only pressing the two buttons most of the time. But thanks for the scroll help, I really appreciate it.

That link should contain the download for the OSX drivers for your mouse – it’s just software that allows the mouse to use all of its features.
If you already have that installed, then it is possible that it is conflicting with how GW2 wants to use the mouse, and if you don’t have that installed you can install it and see if it solves the issue!
Thanks, I will try that when I get the chance.
Good news. I already had the drivers, so I tried uninstalling them. And now the problem is solved! So I guess they conflicted with GW2. Thanks for the help FlamingFoxx.
No problem. Glad that fixed it!

I know this is a very old post but … this reply saved my game experience as a new players. So I felt forced to answer to this saying thanks a lot for answering with a solution to this.
