Monday was 3 days ago. That is not even half a week. Also keep in mind that just “removing the authenticator” is a rather big thing. They must make sure that you are the real owner and such after all. Especially if you have had your account compromised.
That said the reason for the delay might be all new people streaming in from the sale last weekend.

Tomorrow is one week, they dont Work weekends or what ?? Ive given them ALL information there is. I can even send them a Picture with my ugly face smiling with the gamebox.

They do work 24/7 every day of the year.
Even with all information it will take time to investigate things and such. Especially if there is a high load on support at the moment.

When I read your message, I thought you hadn’t even heard from them, the fact that you have shows it hasn’t been a week. Some things take a while to resolve, it’s not an instantly done feature.
Also, since the agent said you were hacked, it’s most likely the ticket clearly states “perform these tasks and inform us when you have done so” and you haven’t done that, thus not hearing from them again.
