I’m getting 10-20fps on LOWEST settings. I have no explanation as to why. I’ve read through the FAQ and followed all the instructions. No results.

Here’s my PC:

Intel® Core™ i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
8.1 GB
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit
GeForce GTX 970
120GB SSD

I’ve always wondered what the game looks like on max with a decent FPS… but for some reason I just can’t get it.
