10 days no response...do I delete the ticket and make a new one?

Should I make a new ticket. Maybe they think it was resolved when it wasn’t. I was banned from the hacked account and haven’t heard a word.

I must admit, I was starting to wonder the same myself although I’m only going on for five days banned now. I’ve seen a few people say that they made a second ticket that got a response; but similarly Gaile has said that we absolutely shouldn’t, as it clogs the system and can slow things down for us. Definitive communication is sadly lacking around here.
