Hey there,

I’m Zelkova and I have recently encountered an issue with my initial start up and I’m not 100% certain on how to resolve it.

Whenever I start the game, it starts downloading whatever files still need to be downloaded, in my case 13. If I wait for it to try to download the files, my speed of download quickly dwindles to 0 and then the download itself halts. Trying to login and then hit play at this point ends in a failed attempt. However if I don’t wait for it to get to 0 kbps and quickly hit login and play, it’ll log me in until my game crashes and says I need to send a log report to NCSOFT.

Does anyone else have this issue and if it’s been resolved, could I be privy to the how?

If you are getting a Crash Report window, click the ‘Show Details’, and post the first part (only) here, as others may be able to offer some trouble-shooting tips.

If not, you can contact the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.

Any luck solving this? I’ve had the same issue for the last month and a half and I haven’t been able to find a fix even with support. My game randomly crashes but I can still play, It just quits loading things, and I have to start it all over (which is super annoying in WvW and PvP) Any help is appreciated!
