Hi Anet,

This is e 2nd time i got banned with the same issue. I sent an 8g mail to my gf account and i got banned! How could 8g be selling/buying gold issue?! Getting really disappointed with Anet. After they promise they would handle the ban with care!? So this is what we customer get?! Mind you guys SCREEN THRU PROPERLY b4 the ban ok. Seriously getting kitten already.

So the flags for RMT is lots of gold or valuable items? Huh?

It’s really annoying that you can’t share things with your friends because everything is account bound or a bannable offense because there are some gold sellers on the game. I understand you want the cash the gold seller could get for yourself but stop being paranoid and punishing legitimate players, you’ll only make us flee and won’t get any cash at all.

The question is, can they hear our complaints? Getting rid of RMT is nice, but what cost?

My friend just got his 3rd ban. The only reason we can think of is that he sent me 6g so I could get my last armor piece. Then we couldn’t play for a week, which really took the fun out of my new threads. And he missed all the Tixx stops because of it. :0(

Got banned also with the same issue. I filed a ticket immediatly right after i got blocked from the game and received a message that they will have it reviewed. After 3 days of wait up until now i still get no result, no account, and of course no game. What wrong with the customer support?
