“Hello,

so I just bought my first skin from gem store(magitech medium armor skin) and used it on armor to transmute it. The problem is that I change colors on everything and it saves, but the boots are always reseting. It just doesn’t work. From map chat i found out that some armors doesn’t change colors? If that is true I now just flushed my gems into toilet? Is it possible to reset it? I didn’t pay for that! Is there anything you can do to help me?

Hi Lexiar,

Can I ask what your purpose off this post is?? This is something that Support has to solve. I udnerstand that you made a ticket?? then I am certain they will provide you with a swiftly answer.

If for some reason your ticket is not resolved within 72 hours something went wrong, you can use the sticky thread (tickets for review).

If you just made your ticket, posting here has no use whatsover.

Yeah well, at least to reset the boots skin so i can use it on something else, and some tip that not all armors can change color would be great…
Making mistakes like this takes few years from liftime.

Glad you found the sticky and I see you made a post there -yaaaaaay-
As for your problem. I actually had something simular. I bought the new flamekissed armor (yes, I actually like it and prefer it over the old one, but I never have been a fan of t3 human light armor either). and the dyes on my boot just didnt stick. It turned out I had another dye on it that I didn’t really own. After changing that channel it sticked on without a problem. Maybe thats whats going on for you??

Use the dye remove tool on all dye slots for that armor piece and save the changes. Then go back and re-dye to your liking and it should dye properly from now on.
