My friend has recently been banned for using 3rd party program. I’ve been playing with him for quite awhile already and we’ve been in the same guild and I’m pretty sure he hasn’t been using any of such programs.
After sending in a support ticket, the support team provided information on how he has violated any 3rd party program rules, no supportive evidence and only claimed to have “taken great care when analyzing accounts prior to termination. Diligent and conservative in determining which accounts are using these programs.”
After my friend replied to the supporting team asking for more information and evidence of such violation, there was no reply.

Im afraid hat from the forums we can’t help you. However, you can try and open a ticket to support,as I that is the only thing that could help you, but generally speaking if the CS team has made a decission its very difficult that they change it.
