Guild Wars 2

I submitted a ticket about this but then wondered if it’s supposed to be this way. Recently 4 of my 5 characters had their 3rd birthday/anniversary. All got presents, but only three of them got a dye choice. One got two copies of the same outfit. Is this wrong? I’m a dye hog and would love to get that 4th dye choice. Thanks.

Yes that’s wrong. You should have gotten a choice of Dyes for each character. Hopefully they’ll respond to your ticket soon and fix it for you.
