That’s a Microsoft issue, not a GW issue.

Anywho, I did some searching. Looks like you got both of those updates rather late, if you just got them April 1, 2015.

KB3116278 – https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3116278 OOBE* update for Windows 10 Version 1511: November 18, 2015
*OOBE = out of box experience

Edit: Click the search bar on the taskbar next to the start button and type ‘winver’ (without the quotes) and press enter. This will brink up the Window’s Version window.

Or click Start, then settings. Then click ‘About’ at the bottom to see what Version and OS Build you’re running.

It should be:
Version: 1511
OS Build: 10586.164

For the public release.
