Guild Wars 2

I stopped playing Guild Wars 2 for some time but got back in it yesterday. But i have a problem now, The game NEVER seems to go above 40 FPS and even drops to 15-20 while playing. Even when dropping the settings all the way down i see 0 diffrence in FPS. This is weird to me because i bought a new computer not that long ago (see specs below)
Any idea on how to fix this issue?

CPU:
Intel Core i7 6700 @ 3.40GHz

GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (MSI)

Motherboard:
MSI H170A GAMING PRO (MS-7978) (U3E1)

RAM:
32GB Single-Channel @ 1063MHz (16GB but also 16GB Virtual RAM)

I think running your memory in dual channel mode will help here.
